I am a local Notary Public whose goal is to help prevent fraud by ensuring that participants are willing and that all tasks are carried out properly. I can also perform other functions, such as:
- Taking affidavits and depositions
- Giving oaths
- Receiving and certifying acknowledgments or proof of written instruments
- Verifying the identity of the signer(s)
- Ensuring the signer is aware of the contents of the document or transactionÂ
Features
- I am able to travel to my clients when my clients are unable to come to me. Many clients are unable to conduct their business through regular business hours so I am available during all holidays and after hours. Example: Monday-Friday 6pm- 10pm and Saturday- Sunday 8am-10pm.
