The Islip Chamber of Commerce will be conducting its 24th Annual Community Street Festival on Sunday, May 5th 2024. The public hours will be from 11am-6pm (Rain or shine). Last year’s festival attracted tens of thousands of shoppers to Main Street and the surrounding area. We encourage all local businesses to participate in this event, this year will be epic!
PAID CHAMBER MEMBERS: $50.00 First 10×10 space Additional space(s) $100 per 10×10
NON- MEMBERS with a store located within Festival: $135.00 for each 10 x 10 space
We do not supply tables, chairs, tents or electric.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you do not pay for the space in the street in front of your store, an outside vendor will. To be eligible, you must sell the same products you carry year-round. Subletting of space to a third party is strictly forbidden.
ATTENTION FOOD STORE OWNERS: The Suffolk County Health Department Services requires that you get a TEMPORARY STREET FAIR HEALTH DEPT. PERMIT for your festival. This is in addition to your regular Health Dept. Permit. Please contact the Health Department office at (631) 853-6974 to obtain the necessary permit. You will not be able to participate until you have supplied Clearview with this permit before the festival. Please be certain to apply now. YOU MUST MEET HEALTH DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES.
To reserve a space, we ask that you submit your application with payment before the deadline of April 30, 2024.
Please Note: You cannot participate unless a completed application is submitted before the deadline, April 30th, 2024. Merchants are responsible for providing their own display equipment.
I, the undersigned Street Fair applicant, understand that it is my responsibility to provide all materials, tables, chairs, and
equipment necessary for my participation in the Islip Chamber of Commerce Street Fair. I will also COMPLETELY CLEAN UP MY AREA AT THE END OF THE DAY. THIS INCLUDES REMOVING ALL EMPTY CARTONS AND CONTAINERS.
